BCME was held on 23rd, 24th and 25th of September 2025 at Mamata Medical College, Khammam., under the guidance of Dr. Kiran Madala, NMC coordinator regional center, GMC , Dr. B. Anuradha, Principal MMC and Dr. M Vijayasree, MEU Coordinator MMC.
The first day started off with the registration, Pre test and ice-breaking session where the participants were introduced in a unique manner followed by group dynamics. The goals, roles, competencies, Teaching learning principles and methods were explained. The post lunch session started off with SLO’s and the day ended with principles of assessment and feedback from participants.
The second day began with AETCOM module and concepts of SDL followed by effective clinical and practical skill teaching sessions. The afternoon session was teaching learning media, assessment planning and drafting the timetable. The day ended with feedback.
The last day has a lesson plan, assessment of practical skills and networking, in the pre lunch session followed by alignment of competencies, objective, teaching learning and assessment method in form of team work was done by the participants in the post lunch session. Finally mentoring was highlighted .The program ended with post test, feedback, program evaluation and valedictory where the certificates were issued to all the participants. All the participants interacted the actively with the resource faculty are participated in group activates.
